Tom Cook - Consultant
Tom Cook specialises in acting for catastrophically injured accident victims including cerebral palsy, spinal injury, traumatic amputation and neurovascular accident victims.
Tom is also appointed as Deputy to some 40 protected persons by the Court of Protection, all of whom are victims of cerebral palsy or other traumatic brain injury for whom either this firm or others acted in their claims. He is appointed as a Trustee or Attorney for a number of others. Noted for ‘a positive bedside manner’, to be ‘shrewd, direct and sympathetic’ with a ‘pragmatic approach’ and ‘completely dedicated to the client’ he is committed to providing continued support and assistance to both clients and their families.
Tom is a member of BABICM, APIL and AvMA and also holds an MBA in Law Firm Management from Nottingham Trent University. He is a trustee of his local Headway House Scheme and a Director of Foundation East, an organisation dedicated to championing social inclusion and community enterprise by providing accessible financial products and services to entrepreneurs excluded from mainstream finance.
