Sylvia Phillips - Associate

Sylvia is a member of the Personal Injury team, specialising in mesothelioma and asbestos-related disease claims.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2002, since which time Sylvia has gained considerable experience in the field of personal injury, particularly specialising in asbestos-related disease claims.

Compassionate and understanding, “people skills” are at the heart of Sylvia’s practice. She is able to apply her experience of asbestos-related disease claims, coupled with her technical expertise, with the needs of the individual client to ensure the right result is achieved.

She is mindful at all times of the journey the client is on and will work closely with them to explore how the law provides for those affected by asbestos exposure and what it may mean to them (and those closest to them) in terms of their day to day life and going forward.

Sylvia is an Accredited Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys family time, gardening, bush craft and yoga.
