Sally Bavester - Talent Acquisition Advisor

Sally joined Ashtons Legal in October 2019 as our Talent Acquisition Advisor.

Sally works with the business to deliver recruitment solutions across all legal and support teams and at all levels.

She is responsible for the attraction of candidates, including direct sourcing and with preferred suppliers.

Working with hiring managers and teams across the business, Sally works closely with them to build effective sourcing strategies and business plans for future talent attraction and retention.
