Nick Peake - Senior Associate

Nick is a member of the Personal Injury Team.

Nick is a Senior Associate, who has acted on behalf of injury victims since 1991.

He specialises in all types of road traffic accident injury cases, regularly acting for cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians, as well as vehicle drivers and passengers.

Nick believes in providing his clients with early access to rehabilitation, care and support, so as to give them the best chance of improving the quality of their lives and the lives of those close to them. As well as working hard to ensure his clients get all the help they need, he is passionate about achieving the best results for them by way of compensation through the claim process.

Applying his wealth of skill and experience, Nick has successfully settled numerous cases through negotiation, as well as litigating others to trial, to secure clients the settlements they deserve.

He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, who recognise him as a ‘Senior Litigator’.

Nick spends much of his time away from work supporting his children in their sporting adventures (football and stunt scooters). When not doing this he enjoys golf and the gym.
