Megan Howard - Solicitor

Megan Howard is a solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution team.

Megan first joined the firm in 2019 in our Dispute Resolution team. She then moved as a Paralegal to our Corporate and commercial team and, following this, moved to our Commercial Property team as a Plot Sales Executive.

Megan began her training contract with the firm in September 2022, where she completed seats in Lifetime Planning, Medical Negligence and Real Estate Disputes.

She qualified into our Property Disputes team in March 2024, working alongside Kirsteen Durrant.

Megan now acts for commercial and private clients who find themselves involved in property disputes.

She deals with matters involving the termination and renewal of leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, break options, breach of covenant and dilapidations claims, amongst others. Megan also acts for individuals in residential matters, including breach of covenants and adverse possession claims.

Megan is calm, patient and analytical in her approach to clients and their matters.

Outside of work, Megan spends her time studying towards her Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award in Wines, having successfully completed levels 1 and 2.
