Louise became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2017. She has been in the property sector since 2014 when she volunteered with Citizens Advice Bureau as a Mackenzie friend for tenants and was a general adviser in all areas including property and family predominantly. This means Louise is experienced in dealing with national and local/regional properties and individual clients. During her career, Louise has built up strong commercial clients and is experienced in dealing with property trading companies.
Louise loves what she does because being involved in a property transaction is a stressful time for clients and being able to guide them through a key stage in their life whilst aiming to make it as easy, transparent and fuss-free as possible, is a small pleasure and something she takes pride in. Saying those little words of “release the keys or the transaction has completed” is almost as exciting to her as Christmas!
Outside of work, Louise can be found travelling the water on a paddleboard or running and she also completes charity runs walks/mud events. Louise loves motorsport, particularly F1 and MotoGP which she attends regularly. She has also loved anything music orientated from a young age. Louise enjoys trips to the theatre, finding new places to explore in the UK and afar and keeps active.
