Lily Payne - Paralegal

Lily is a paralegal in our Personal Injury team.

She joined Ashtons as an Apprentice in Personal Injury in July 2019, progressing to a Legal PA in Injury Services in September 2021, and is now a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team.

Lily is empathetic and feels passionate about ensuring our clients have the best support throughout their claims.

She finds the job rewarding and enjoys playing a part in obtaining the best outcome for our clients.

Lily completed an ISLPA Diploma in 2024.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys going to music concerts/festivals and volunteers for Ipswich Soup Kitchen.
