Laura Bradshaw - Solicitor

Laura is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.

Laura graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2010 (LLB Honours in Law) and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2013/2014. She completed a specialist paralegal course in Commercial Property in 2019, gaining a distinction, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCilex) in May 2023. Throughout the summer of 2024, she completed the cross-qualification and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2024.

Laura has worked across many areas of the commercial property team, previously dealing with commercial landlord and tenant work, however she is now a key member of the plot sales team.

Laura currently advises on residential development and high-value residential property, as well as secured lending and finance. Her role is split between acting for individual clients who are buying and selling their home or investment property and developer clients when acquiring their next development site and the preparation of the documents in order for the individual plot sales to be progressed.

Laura has been described as providing a “professional, friendly, efficient and first-class service.”

In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and attending her son’s many football activities.
