Kimberly King - Associate
Kim qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and specialises in non-contentious commercial property.
She acts for individuals, companies, councils, charitable entities, developers and lenders assisting them with a wide range of matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties;
- Landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating new leases, lease renewals, rent deposits, surrenders, licences, underleases and assignments;
- Secured lending; and
- Property aspects of corporate disposals and acquisitions.
Kim has a particular interest and specialism assisting the corporate team with property aspects of veterinary surgery sales and takeovers. Kim has been recommended by a major national acquirer and has worked on deals disposing of veterinary practices all over the country – some of which exceed the value of £8 million.
Kim managed a matter for a major international client in disposing of one of their businesses. This involved complex registered and unregistered land with a value in excess of £2.5 million.

Outside of work Kim enjoys spending time with her family, walking, cooking and as much Pilates as possible!
