Kathryn Smith - Chartered Legal Executive

Kate joined the legal profession in 2011 and immediately started working in Residential Conveyancing.

She joined Ashtons Legal in 2013 and specialises in various aspects of residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity transactions.

Kate is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
