Kate Mallion - Paralegal

Kate is a paralegal in our Lifetime Planning team.

She supports the Lifetime Planning team with the Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, Wills and Probate.

Kate joined Ashtons in 2021 as an administrator and has since gained experience as a Legal PA and now as a Paralegal.

She listens carefully to client’s needs and concerns and aims to offer a compassionate yet professional service.

Kate enjoys supporting clients and easing their journeys through difficult and upsetting circumstances.
