Karen Loftus - Senior Paralegal

Karen is a Senior Paralegal in the Lifetime Planning Team and specialises in Probate, Wills, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.

­­­­­­­­Karen joined Ashtons Legal in September 2015 and is an integral part of the Lifetime Planning Team in Cambridge.

Her career has progressed at Ashtons Legal and Karen has completed the Affiliate Grade 3 CILEX exams.

She has many years of experience in the Private Client field and her work includes drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Probate matters (both taxable and non-taxable).

Karen offers a bespoke service to clients, taking care of not only their individual needs but the needs of their family.  Karen is compassionate and empathetic.  She enjoys meeting clients and assisting to plan their future, as well as helping to relieve the stress and ease the administration process after loved ones have passed away.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys running and walking her dog.
