Joanna Bradshaw - Relationship Manager

Joanna Bradshaw joined the Court of Protection team as a Caseworker in September 2019.

Joanna has a Level 3 Diploma in Access to Health and Social Care Nursing and Midwifery.

Before coming to Ashtons Legal, Joanna ran a care team for individuals with severe learning difficulties. This included one to one individualised care and support, training staff, observing and recording patients conditions, assisting in all care and progression to recovery, home transitions and supporting the ward sisters on shift. No day was ever the same and Joanna loved working with all the different multi-disciplinary team members, being able to work closely with patients, building good rapports, gaining trust and making a difference in the care that they received.

Joanna is experienced in individualised client care and being adaptable to each person’s individual needs. She is calm, patient, with good communication skills and can build good rapports easily and loves getting to know the client, hear what they need/want and makes sure she goes above and beyond to assure they are happy with the service they receive.

If Joanna can make a client feel fully supported, listened to and can achieve everything they have asked for, then she is very happy!

In her spare time, Joanna loves to spend time with her children. She also enjoys travelling, meeting new people, having fun, trying new foods and living life to the full.
