Jennifer Moynehan - Trusts Executive

Jennifer is a Trusts Executive in our Tax & Trusts team.

Jennifer has a strong interest in helping clients with the complexities of trust compliance, having worked with the Trusts Registration Service since its inception in 2017. She provides a professional, personalised service to clients, assisting with the completion and ongoing maintenance of Trust Registrations.

Jennifer earned her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Affiliate membership in 2019 and attained “authorised individual” status with the ICAEW for Probate work in 2020. Jennifer graduated from the University of Exeter’s law department in 2001, having spent a year at the University of Strasbourg.

Jennifer enjoys using the skills she gained working in the highly regulated sector of cruise shipping at the start of her career to assist her clients. She worked with a boutique firm of Chartered Tax Advisors and Chartered Accountants as a Risk and Compliance Manager before joining Ashtons Legal.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys dog walking, reading and tending her vegetable plot in the summer.
