Heidi French - Paralegal

Heidi is a Paralegal in our Agriculture and Estates team.

Heidi assists Rebecca Gatens as part of the Agriculture and Estates team’s transactional sub-team. She supports a variety of agricultural transactions, including sales and purchases, gifts of land, option and overage agreements relating to fields, farms and estates, and farm tenancies, as well as public rights of way matters.

Heidi has previous experience assisting and advising in a range of Residential Property and Commercial Property matters, including sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), property financing and Land Registry applications.

Heidi is friendly, approachable and empathetic and has a genuine interest in the varied types of agriculture-related transactions that the team deal with on a daily basis. She gains great satisfaction assisting clients to achieve positive outcomes best suited and adjusted to each individual’s requirements.

Heidi enjoys getting to the heart of the transaction quickly, enabling clients to achieve their goals in an efficient and well-supported manner.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking in the countryside and visiting ancient buildings. Heidi recently took up running and will run her first half marathon in September 2023. Heidi enjoys writing and recording original songs and has performed at a variety of events, including raising funds for charities.
