Gino Ballestracci - Senior Associate
Gino is a Senior Associate in the Private Wealth Disputes team, primarily based in the Norwich Office.
Having practiced law since 2010, Gino has a wide range of experience across the private and public sectors representing global organisations and individuals in a plethora of disputes. Gino now specialises in resolving estate, trusts and inheritance disputes, including claims relating to the validity, construction and rectification of Wills and the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Gino is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having attained “Associate” status.
Whilst working for a leading law firm in the North of England, Gino had a reported case in the Court of Protection in which Senior Judge Hilder was required to consider whether the court can, or should, appoint as deputy the holder of a specified office or position (as distinct from a named individual holding such office at the time of appointment) under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 – SH [2018] EWCOP 21.
Gino prides himself on being a pragmatic and proactive lawyer whilst ensuring clients’ needs are kept at the forefront of his thinking, thus ensuring the very best outcome is achieved.
In his spare time, Gino enjoys spending time with his family and friends, discovering the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk and making fresh pasta whilst listening to his favourite Spotify playlist.
