Gillian Brasher - Senior Associate

Gillian leads the Trust and Tax Team and has been with the firm since 2000.

Gillian is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has over 30 years of experience in the administration of Trusts, Estate Administration and Personal Taxation.

She joined the firm in 2000 and qualified as a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) in 2005.

Gillian has been recommended in the Legal 500.

Gillian offers her clients understanding and empathy with clear concise guidance and advice in language they can understand, which is not always easy when you are explaining tax regimes.

Gillian enjoys building relationships with the different generations of a family involved with a Trust, combined with the sense of achievement having prepared the annual Year End Trust Accounts and Tax Returns, knowing that all of the Trust Compliance has been dealt with and the Trustees are protected.

Outside of work, Gillian enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and Yoga.
