Gemma Helsdon - Senior Associate
Gemma is a Senior Associate in our Lifetime Planning team.
She is experienced in Wills, Estate Administration and Probate, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and lifetime and succession planning for high net-worth clients.
Gemma worked at a medium-sized law firm with offices across Norfolk for 11 years before joining Ashtons. She has experience in assisting individuals and their agents (including high net-worth clients) in all aspects of lifetime and succession planning for themselves, their families and their businesses, alongside their other trusted advisors.
The most enjoyable part of Gemma’s job is fostering and nurturing relationships with individuals, their families, and other advisors on a long-term basis. She values the trust that clients place in her to give advice and offer solutions that are not only of a high technical quality but are also tailored to their specific needs and delivered in a timely manner.
Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2015. She is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and has a STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Drafting.
