Francesca Dooley - Solicitor

Fran is a Solicitor in our Employment Law team.

Fran specialises in contentious and non-contentious employment law. She is mainly instructed by employers to advise on ad-hoc general queries and assists them in preparing Contracts of Employment and Company Handbooks. She also helps draft and negotiate settlement agreements and deals with tribunal claims.

Fran gained experience as a paralegal before commencing her Training Contract. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2024.

Fran takes an honest and pragmatic, client-focused approach. She values the importance of lasting relationships with her clients.

Fran enjoys the intellectual challenge of working in law, as well as the fact that no two days are the same in Employment law. The law changes regularly, and she enjoys finding the best solution for her clients.

Outside of work, Fran likes going to the gym and has a particular interest in interior design.
