Felicity Sparkes - Learning, Development & Graduate Advisor

Felicity is our Learning, Development & Graduate Advisor.

Her role is to support the learning and development needs of all Ashtons’ employees.

Felicity has a Degree in English and History. She is a CIPD Associate, holding a CIPD level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development. Felicity is a qualified MBTI practitioner and also has an AoEC certificate in coaching.

Felicity spent several years working for a professional service firm in Ipswich where her passion for L&D was first sparked. In 2018 she joined a global law firm as an L&D Assistant looking after a range of training programmes across the firm before moving to their Professional Development team as an L&D advisor. In this role, Felicity was responsible for the learning needs of the global newly qualified Associates and junior business teams and learnt a huge amount. During this time, she became a qualified MBTI practitioner and discovered her passion for coaching.

Felicity loves being able to help people learn and grow and those lightbulb moments when they discover something new about, or for, themselves.

Outside of work, Felicity loves anything crafty and is currently learning to crochet.
