Brooke Nembhard Sillet - Paralegal

Brooke joined Ashtons as an Apprentice in 2016 and completed her apprenticeship within a year. Originally working across the Corporate and Commercial Property teams as a Legal Secretary, she is now a Paralegal and an Associate member of CILEX, studying to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Commercial Property in 2025.

Brooke manages her own case load but also assists the wider Commercial Property team, dealing with a range of freehold and leasehold transactions.

Brooke has experience of advising global banks in respect of their secured lending. She looks after client’s property portfolios, including holiday park lettings and assisting residential management companies.

Her clients range from individuals, companies, councils, charitable entities and lenders, and she enjoys seeing transactions promptly through from initial proposals to completion.

In the wider office, Brooke is a member of the Social Committee and is involved with many different IT system projects. In her spare time, she enjoys good food and spending time with her family and friends. Brooke loves to travel as much as she can and try out new recipes from the places she has visited.
