Ben Harvey - Client Experience Manager
Ben is the Client Experience Manager at Ashtons Legal.
Ben is responsible for managing the firm’s client experience, as well as either leading or supporting those who are leading on change projects.
Ben joined Ashtons Legal in December 2016 as the firm’s Lead Business Analyst.
Having delivered a number of change projects, Ben stepped into the role of Project Management Office Manager in the spring of 2020.
Ben is an experienced Project/Change Manager and Business Analyst, having worked in these roles at the Construction Industry Training Board prior to joining Ashtons.
