Annastasia Christoforou Fox - Solicitor
Annastasia qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024 into our Private Wealth Disputes team, working alongside Joanna Baker predominantly in our Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds offices.
Annastasia joined the firm after finishing University in 2017, firstly working in the administrative team and subsequently moving across to our Lifetime Planning team where she worked as a Paralegal whilst completing her LPC. As a result, she has a strong foundation in all non-contentious aspects of Lifetime Planning.
She joined the Contentious Probate team in her last seat as a trainee and relished the opportunity to specialise in challenging Wills, contentious court of protection applications, rectification claims, inheritance act claims, breach of trust disputes and executor/attorney disputes, amongst other matters.
Annastasia is calm and patient with clients at what is often a very challenging time in their life; she carefully guides clients through the issues and appreciates and understands that clients all have different requirements and cost limitations. Accordingly, she will tailor her approach to clients and the issues they face with pragmatic and cost-effective advice to suit their individual needs. Annastasia’s strong foundation in lifetime planning equips her perfectly to identify issues quickly and to work to find solutions for clients. She works collaboratively across the firm in multi-discipline disputes, always putting the client first.
Outside of work, Annastasia spends her time competing her horse side-saddle at local county shows and walking her dog.
