One client comments:

“I would like to thank you and the team at Ashtons for the superb service you have provided in completing the sale of our family’s remaining small land holding.

It may have been of relatively small financial size and, on the face of it, a straightforward transaction, but there were numerous ways in which we could have been tripped up and a number of potential complexities that could have been mishandled. From a family perspective, the non-financial downsides of a misstep outweighed the money. I am pleased to say that not only were all these avoided, but at all times, I felt very comfortable that we were in good hands.

Over the years, I have worked with many top-tier global law firms as well as smaller commercial practices and am well aware of the full range of quality of service and value for money that one can experience. It is quite unusual for a professional services firm to actually live up to the expectations they create in initial client interactions. Ashtons exceeded the very positive initial impression I was given on the first call. This is not just down to the quality of the substantive work but also the methods of communication, attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility. I know that you personally went the extra mile at several moments and were very probably juggling plenty of other workload at the same time. And I know that in the background, it’s almost always a team game, and you seem to have competent, seamless and timely support in getting this done.

On behalf of all the family, thank you.”
