Amy Pettitt - Associate

Amy is an associate in our Lifetime Planning team.

She is experienced in all areas of Lifetime Planning including, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Estate administration, Tax/Estate Planning and Trusts. Her special interest is in Trusts (creation and administration).

Amy qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). She has also achieved the following awards:

• STEP – Excellence Award for Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes – 2020
• Coventry University – Alan Newsome Prize for Most Promising Student entering the profession – 2006
• Coventry University – Business School Prize for best second-year results – 2005
• Coventry University – Course Tutors Prize (overall academic excellence in a non-final year student) – 2004.

Amy spends time getting to know every client so that she can provide a bespoke service tailored to their circumstances, needs and objectives.

She loves helping her clients make sense of complex legal concepts so that they can decide what the best option is for them.

Outside of work, Amy loves cooking, baking and entertaining. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her adorable (but challenging) terrier.
