Amanda Smitherman - Associate

Amanda builds up relationships with her clients and has acted for generations throughout families.

Amanda has many years of experience in all aspects of private client work and has dealt with hundreds of her own probate matters, as well as assisting the senior members of the team with complex probate matters.

Around 80% of Amanda’s time is spent on probates.

Amanda Smitherman joined the Lifetime Planning Team of Ashtons in April 2005. She completed a BTEC in Paralegal Studies in 2013 and is now an Associate.

Amanda has dealt with many probates (both taxable and non-taxable estates) as well as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

She is a Dementia Friend.
