Ali Masterson - Trainee Legal Executive

Ali is a Trainee Legal Executive in our Medical Negligence team.

She has previously worked in London and for the last 18 years has supported a partner at a local law firm with a caseload specialising in personal injury and medical negligence.

Ali is ACilex qualified.

She is knowledgeable and experienced at looking after clients and their families when they are in difficult situations. She works with clients from their first contact through to the closure of their case providing consistency of support. She is calm, understanding and a good listener, and will always be clear and honest in the information that she provides.

Ali loves what she does because we put people in a better position than they were when they came to us, whether this is financially or emotionally. Obtaining an apology and closure following an incident can be just as vital to a client’s wellbeing as receiving a compensation payment to achieve a good quality of life following an incident.

Outside of work, Ali is a musician and plays the piano, organ and flute. She also enjoys running, swimming and cycling and is a member of a local triathlon club and supports new joiners to the club as a Community Activator. Ali also enjoys fundraising for local charities such as Nelson’s Journey.
