Seven-figure settlement obtained for brain-injured motorcycle passenger

Richard Foyster, who heads the Personal Injury team at Ashtons, has recently obtained a substantial seven-figure injury claim settlement for Ms T.

Ms T was a pillion passenger on a motorbike, which was hit by another vehicle at speed. The rider of the motorbike was killed in the incident.

Ms T suffered life-changing injuries, including a broken neck and brain injury. She now has a range of long-term neurocognitive problems, lack of function in one limb, and the need for long-term support and therapy. In addition to affecting her day-to-day life, her injuries have prevented her from pursuing her career of choice.
