Interim payment of £50k for Mesothelioma, 6 months after instruction

Asbestos-related disease specialist solicitor, Martyn Hayward, has obtained a £50k interim payment for a 79 year old man.

Mr R is a retired BT Engineer who was diagnosed with mesothelioma in September 2018. He lives in Norfolk, but previously worked in the London area.

BT admitted liability in April 2019, which was only six months after Martyn was instructed.
