Woman wins landmark Supreme Court bid for cash from her exhusband

Partner and Head of Family Law at Ashtons Legal, Stephen Williams, comments on today’s news story that a woman has won a landmark Supreme Court bid to claim cash from her millionaire ex-husband 20 years after they divorced.
