‘Uncompromising’ medical accident lawyer joins Ashtons Legal

One of London’s top clinical negligence lawyers has joined East Anglian leaders in the field Ashtons Legal.

Rosamund Rhodes-Kemp joins the firm as a partner, from Bolt Burden Kemp. The legal profession’s two independent league tables, compiled by Chambers and the Legal 500, describe her as ‘uncompromising’ and having ‘an impressive reputation for putting the client first’.

The same league tables have placed Ashtons Legal at the top of the East Anglian list for the past several years.

Rosamund works primarily in maximum severity cases, and is especially passionate about children’s and old people’s medical care, a concern she puts down to her previous experience as a nurse working with those groups.
