Team news: Court of protection Spring 2016
Posted 10/03/2016
It’s been a busy few months here in the Court of Protection Team!
Firstly we are delighted to share with you the news that Senior Relationship Manager Paul Humphries and his wife Lora welcomed the safe arrival of 8lb 9oz baby Arthur on 6th January, a whole 13 days over his Christmas Eve due date! Baby Arthur joins big brother Walter and older sister Marley. We welcome Paul back from his Paternity Leave and we’re sure you will all join us in wishing him and his newly extended family well.
In other baby related news, we welcome back Relationship Manager, Chantelle Tyrrell, who returned to the team in January following her maternity leave after the birth of baby Sidney last year. We wish Laura Bonnington and Nicole Horne all the best in their future careers as they both move on to pastures new and we thank them for looking after Chantelle’s clients so well whilst she has been away. Chantelle is returning to work full time and looks forward to catching up with her old clients shortly and meeting and getting to know her new ones! Thank you everybody for all of Chantelle’s well wishes and support.
Following the announcement in our previous e-news, Apprentice Case Workers Emily Green and Rebecca Jones are settling well into their roles and building relations with clients and professional contacts. Going forwards, those of you working with Daniel Knight, Chantelle Tyrrell and Paul Humphries will I’m sure get to know Rebecca, whilst Emily will be more closely working with and supporting the clients of Jodie Allen and Anna Foster. We are delighted to announce that having found these recruitments so successful we have expanded the team further by taking on two additional Apprentice Case Workers, Amy Meardon and Chloe Braund. We will be writing to all clients to introduce the new additions to the team and to confirm and simplify contact arrangements going forward, which we hope shall enhance the client experience.
And last but not least we are delighted to announce that Court of Protection Team Manager Debbie Holmes has taken on her first Property and Affairs Deputyship. Debbie, an Associate, will be supporting existing Deputies Tom Cook, Adrian Mundell and Robert Chalmers in taking on new cases over the coming months and we wish her all the best in this exciting expansion of her role. Debbie is well known to a number of clients and professionals having been with the Court of Protection team for nearly 10 years and will be supported in her Deputyship by the existing Relationship Managers and Case Workers.
