£94,000 settlement for lady injured in a road accident involving an ambulance

Ashtons Legal personal injury lawyer Kerry Jones has obtained £94,000 for a lady who suffered injuries to her back and neck when her car was hit by an ambulance. She has also had problems with anxiety since the accident. The insurers offered much lower sums initially but we persisted with the case because Ms B had tried to go back to work but was unable to sustain this. She will also require modifications to her home to make it easier to live normally with her injuries.
