£5,500 obtained for injuries incurred in a forecourt incident
Posted 28/05/2014
Diane Hilton has obtained £5,500 for Ms B who suffered whiplash injuries after the car she was driving was hit by a lorry on a petrol station forecourt.
Diane comments: “You might think that any incident taking place on a petrol station forecourt would be at sufficiently low speed that no one would be injured. Unfortunately, the moment a lorry is involved the chances of injury rise simply because of the weight of the vehicle and the force of the impact”.
