£205,000 for injured motorcyclist

A specialist personal injury solicitor at Ashtons Legal, has obtained a settlement of £205,000 for a motorcyclist, Mr S, who was knocked off his bike by a car in London in 2012. Mr S suffered a range of orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries, extensive internal and external bruising, and post traumatic stress disorder. He required reconstruction surgery on one knee, is likely to need a knee replacement in the future and has not yet been able to return to work.
