£11,000 injury settlement where insurers offered £2,700

Ashtons Legal personal injury lawyer Rachel Stowe has obtained £11,000 for a client who suffered whiplash and had soft tissue injuries to her lower back, compounding a pre-existing back issue. The other party initially tried to deny that he was even involved in the incident but evidence was soon obtained to prove that he was there and at fault.  

This is a typical example of the type of case where without proper legal representation the client could easily have accepted the whiplash settlement alone and never been compensated for the fact that the accident had also made an existing back problem worse.
