Position on animal injuries may change

Injuries caused by animals have been more newsworthy than usual in the past year or so and have ranged from babies mauled by dogs to David Blunkett suffering a broken rib when charged by a stampeding cow.

Incidents with cattle in particular seem to be on the increase; a lady from Bungay died in 2008 having been trampled, and we at Ashtons Legal recently obtained
