Over £500,000 obtained for man who suffered multiple injuries

Ashtons Legal personal injury specialist has obtained over £500,000 for Mr S who suffered multiple orthopaedic injuries in a workplace accident in Suffolk. Mr S still suffers considerable pain, now has one leg shorter than the other and has also suffered psychological consequences as a result of the incident. He had to undergo three separate lots of surgery as a result of his injuries. Ashtons comments: “Like too many of the workplace incidents we see, this one could have been avoided if more robust health and safety precautions had been in place.  Money can never completely compensate for these sorts of injuries, but this settlement will go some way towards enabling Mr S to get his life back on track.”
