Over £10,000 for broken nose and resulting scar

Ashtons Legal personal injury lawyer Diane Hilton has obtained over £10,000 compensation for a Norfolk woman who fell and broke her nose in a car park. She required surgery and has been left with a small permanent scar.

Diane comments: “The cause of this injury was a missing paving slab. The incident occurred in early 2013 and yet as far as I’m aware the paving slab has still not been replaced nearly two years later. Anyone who opens their property up to the public needs to ensure that it is kept in an appropriate state of repair; injuries like this could so easily be avoided.”
