‘Spare Parts’, an exhibition of art made from all types of prosthetic limbs, is going to be held in London later this month in time to celebrate the Paralympic Games.

Priscilla Sutton, a below knee amputee who had elective surgery when she was 26 due to a health condition, first put together the Spare Parts exhibition in Brisbane in 2010, but with London hosting the Paralympic games, she decided the time was right to bring the exhibition to the UK.

Events like the Paralympic Games and exhibitions like this highlight the on-going advancements in prosthetics.

Finding the right prosthetics for our clients following an accident is one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of any limb loss case. In the fight to get people’s lives back on track, specialised prosthetics help people to get back to the hobbies and lifestyle they love.

If an injury has been caused by the negligence of others, we can assist clients to access the best private rehabilitation centres and prosthetic providers in the country.
