Ashtons Legal ‘Wills Week’ 2016

As part of our support for local charities, we run the ‘Good Will campaign’ – our annual Wills Week. Wills Week 2016 is taking place next week between 8 – 12 February to raise funds for Alzheimers Research UK and Suffolk Community Foundation.

During Wills Week, Ashtons Legal donates £100* from our fee as detailed below, to those nominated charities for each Will we prepare. Appointments can be made at any of our seven offices. The preparation of French Wills is also included in the scheme.
*Each £100 donation made by Ashtons Legal is worth £125 to the charity when they reclaim Gift Aid.

For straightforward Wills, Ashtons Legal charges £300 – £400 plus VAT for a single Will (donating £100 to charity) and £400 – £500 plus VAT for mirror Wills for couples (donating £200 to charity). More complicated Wills, such as those involving tax planning, incur an additional fee.
