Posted 31/10/2012
Tim Gleave, a personal injury specialist at Ashtons Legal, has obtained £17,500 for a pedestrian who was hit by a cyclist as she was crossing the road on the way to work in Norwich. She suffered a fracture to her shoulder and damage to two teeth. Claims against cyclists are rare as they are often uninsured. The cyclist in this case had cover under his household contents insurance policy.
