Ashtons Legal deliver another successful transaction with sale of Beam Group Limited

Ashtons Legal have recently advised the shareholders of Beam Group Limited in connection with its sale to a large distribution company for an undisclosed sum.

Beam – a leading distributor of premium small electrical kitchen appliances and exclusive UK distributors for Cuisinart, Kitchenaid and Magimix – operates from a purpose built distribution centre in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire. Established 30 years ago, the business has gone from strength to strength in recent years, marked by its entrance this year into the prestigious ”Cambridgeshire Limited” list of the top 100 businesses in the county.

The Ashtons Legal team was led by Corporate Partner Mark Whittaker with assistance from LeAnne Gilmore-Dean (Corporate), Ron Clare (Commercial Property) and Claire Sleep (Employment).
