Ashtons Legal assists SCL Ventures Limited on the acquisition of Bluepoint Technologies Limited

Ashtons Legal have advised SCL Ventures Limited on the acquisition of the entire issues share capital of Bluepoint Technologies Limited.

Bluepoint Technologies Limited are a provider of consultancy, design, installation and maintenance services in respect of IT and security systems, with clients across Europe. 

Geoff Hazlewood, a partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Team at Ashtons Legal led the transaction, assisted by Scott Hilton on the commercial property aspects.
