Ashtons Legal assists Gasway Services Limited on the acquisition of GBS (South East)

Ashtons Legal has advised Norwich based boiler repair and installation company, Gasway Services Limited, in their recent acquisition of GBS (South East). GBS (South East) are a Beckenham based business that provides maintenance services for commercial heating and other equipment in Greater London and the South East.

The acquisition provided an excellent opportunity for Gasway, who already operate in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, to expand and improve on their already thriving business. It also assists Gasway in increasing their reach to the London area, providing for further future opportunities.
