As with any transaction of this nature, it has required a lot of work to get everything done, but we have a good team with an excellent depth of knowledge and experience which has enabled us to deliver this result for our clients.”
Werner Neudecker said: “It is absolutely essential to have an experienced team on your side, it greatly improves the likelihood of a favourable outcome. It was the third time I have done this but no two deals are ever the same, so having a legal team with specific experience is key”.
