Ashtons Legal advises RBS on management buyout of Kloeber

Ashtons Legal is delighted to have advised RBS on the management buyout of the Cambridgeshire-based glazing product manufacturer, Kloeber.

The Kloeber management team – who have been responsible for the day to day running of the business for the past three years – have acquired the company from its founder and Director, Gavin Morris.

Based in Somersham, Cambridgeshire, Kloeber manufactures and supplies high quality timber, aluminium, composite and uPVC glazing solutions. Kloeber has received national media coverage in recent years, with its products featuring on TV programmes such as Grand Designs and DIY SOS.

Ashtons Legal acted for RBS who provided debt finance for the deal. Mark Whittaker, Corporate & Commercial Associate at Ashtons Legal, led the transaction.
