Ashtons Legal advises Micross Components on the acquisition of Eltek Semiconducters Ltd

Ashtons Legal has recently advised Norwich based Micross Components Ltd (“Micross”) on the acquisition of Eltek Semiconductors Ltd (“Eltek”).
Micross is a leading global provider of distributed and speciality electronic components for military, space, medical, and demanding industrial applications, with its UK head office in Norwich.
Eltek has a long history of service to the high reliability semiconductor marketplace, demonstrating innovative and creative engineering expertise and has facilities in Dartmouth and France.
