Ashtons Legal advises management team on the management buy out of Foursys Limited

Ashtons Legal is delighted to have advised James Miller and Jez Turner on their management buy out of Foursys Limited (‘Foursys’).  Foursys are a provider of IT Security Services with clients across the UK. James and Jez have been involved with the business for over 10 years and have taken it over from outgoing directors and shareholders Paul Prior and Beverley Stevens.  Paul will remain involved with the business as a consultant. Geoff Hazlewood, partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Team at Ashtons Legal, led the transaction, assisted by Adam Murphy (Corporate) and Abi Adams (Employment). James, who takes over as Managing Director said: “It is business as usual for Foursys staff and customers. This has been planned for many months. We’ll continue to offer and deliver industry-leading IT security services across the UK for all our customers, maintaining our focus and expertise on our key vendors.”Geoff Hazlewood commented: “It has been a pleasure working with James and Jez on this project.
