Ashtons advise on sale of meeting room and AV company Anders + Kern

Ashtons Legal has advised Derek and Jane Kuziw, the shareholders of Mildenhall headquartered company Anders + Kern, on its sale to RedstoneConnect PLC in a deal worth £1.4m.

Anders + Kern are an established distributor and integrator of meeting room booking systems and audio visual solutions, which are complementary to the Group’s OneSpace solution.Anders + Kern customers include the British Library, MacMillan, Saville, Tullow Oil and BBC Worldwide.

Geoff Hazlewood, a partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Team led the transaction for Anders + Kern and said: “We have acted for the Company for a number of years now and it has been a pleasure to help Derek and Jane achieve a successful exit”
